ok, the links at the top are very nondescript and plain. They make up the main navigation system of the site, so they should look like you put some work into them. But they look more like you just put em there as is. Also, the aliasing on them is a little too much.
I like the colors (orange is awesome) and it's pretty simple to navigate.
