that's happened to me before. a developer wrote "deliver to cunt" in the subject line and i forwarded it to the client. It just didn't catch my eye as the word being VERY VERY WRONG...
so the client got flowers sent, a sappy apology, and lot of ass kissing. she took it real personal cos she knew i couldnt stand the bitch.
