Got in from work and BBC Three were giving it the 'hero' speak. It's bullshit. Hardly anyone outside the UK really gives a toss and it'ss only be a matter of time before the next person tries and beats her time.
I just want someone to tell why this is important in the grand scheme of things? Why did it have to be done and who's going to benefit except the next Brit who fancies their chances?
And just for the record, it's not fully round the world. She headed south to the Antarctic and sailed round the shortest distance.
