    I just received my 'Permanent Resident' card and 'Welcome to America' letter in teh mail...actually I received the same letter 4 times over the span of last week...I guess they really want to makeme feel welcome!

    Nah... it's the governments way to letting you know that the right hand, doesn't know what the left hand is doing here. It's the way the government works here. You'll either never get what is coming to you, or you'll get more than enough.
