it's done... one of my main problems in life is that i'm a bit impulsive. i don't know if i won or loose... since i was hired here on spain on june, according to company policies technically i can't get a raise until one year here => june.
in the meantime, i got a bonus for the end of feb and a company car.
my problem now is deciding wether tonight's drinks will be for celebrating or for getting over my defeat.
