i think the highest i got was 17% i got 12% increase last year and i complained then my boss said everyone else got 5% average.
if you want them to review your position, like you have AD job, but getting Jr AD money, then you need to state that clearly.
Also, it's best have a back up, so if you have an offer from other companies, you may wanna mention that too.
