Hourly rates are relative as far as I'm concerned. It all depends on the intensity of the project, the budget, deadline, etc. Also your level of skill/experience...
I would say 50/hr is okay but more entry level commission for a flash presentation. 75/hr is reasonable but 100-150/hr if you have solid experience and your skill level is high.
