we dont realy use many freelancers...because we dont train our freelancers...if you want to frrelance for me you better be able to follow directions, be hard working and understand backpack, pda, camera and audio storage construction. if you really do not have the industry experience, we rarely accept freelancers with no experience.
but hey if you rock then im sure you can sell yourself and get the gig.
