    I think we all tend to forget what the Vatican stands for...

    sure it is rubbish-

    but it is what it is. It is the teachings of 2000 years.

    So you can not expect them to do otherwise- they and the problem need to be approached by other solutions-

    Using condoms IS a better solution but they are not the group to provide them.
