what do you mean you can have abstinance with condoms?
As far as people fucking, yeah, they do. Having sex with someone you don't want to spend the rest of your life with is okay, but make sure you're cool with whatever far flung consequences are out there. Like driving a car, it can be bad, just make sure you understand the power of the car and don't cry about it when you get in a wreck you caused.
If you have a kid or catch a disease, you're not a victim (unless you're raped, of course.) you did it to yourself.
