It say Max strength, two capsules to be taken every 4 hours, do not exceed 8 in 24 hours
I've been swallowing 2 at a time since 8am, and i've already done 6.
So yes the dose has been exceeded. But like if i don't keep takin em i get's the shakes and them i'm no good to no-one! no good at all
