it looks like there have been several attempts at a US federal bill to give tax incentives to telecommuters

but nothing passed yet. (go figure)
Several states have tax breaks, but even that is murky. I read about WA, CO, and MD (where I live) but nothing on PA, nor interstate telework, which i am interested in...
