I can see what you are saying to some extent, I have seen enough wildstyle letter pieces to last me a lifetime, though even today I saw this book
and was blown away by some of the pieces.
And there are artists out there that take it to different levels, I presume you have heard of people like delta, kaws, zeds and doze to name a couple..
and besides that you talk about fame and getting into a 'cool' 'art scene', well how bout maybe you missed the essence of graff, you actually seem to be thinking about graff from the viewpoint of someone inside a 'cool' 'art scene' which in itself is hypocritical.
