that's from Powell in feb of '03... that's when Kerry, Kenedy, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the U.K.... etc. etc...... all AGREED w/that assesment based on Intel and history...
... of course - election time rolled around... and WHAM-O... or... BLAM-O if you like... time to begin the attacks on the repub's...
