I love it. It doesn't pop off, and it is actually hard to get off.
I don't have the cradle so I just use my firewire cable.It makes it slightly bigger, it's probably a few cm in thickness. But considering you need something, you'll get used to it. Way better than a leather case or a *ghasp ipod sock.
