i believe premiere 6.5, and AE 5.5, maybe even FCP/FCE can import a .swf file, you'll probably have to separate out the audio track first then re-sync in your editing software then output final file and put together in your DVD Studio software, another method is to boil out your .swf file as a quicktime and import your qt file into your editing program and once again, re-sync audio and composite in your DVD Studio program...
