rabattski, has given the answer I would have given in reference to traditional press.
but now that there are loads of digital printers out there clammoring for attention and quality the term 5 colour has been used in refernce to digital printers that use CMYK and light Cyan to achieve better colour accuracey for proofs etc. thought I'd mention it for your reference
