    Here's a question about cover letters...

    I know a "canned" letter sucks, but how are you supposed to "tailor" a cover letter when responding to an anonymous online job posting? Say you spot a brief online job posting with no company name or contacts. How are you supposed to tailor a cover letter to , telling them you're a hard-working, creative that will be an asset to their company??
