That's not the point - the site doesn;t fail in my eyes because it isn't 'crazy and different'...it fails because I don;t think it's an effective design, and i don't think the user experience is that great either.
It hasn;t really been made clear throughout this thread exactly what the aim of the site is - do they want more online sales, or is it more of a tool to drive people to the stores?
None of my questions about user cases, personas, or usability studies were answered which leads me to believe they did a half-assed job of it.
