Due to a database mixup causing some incorrect firewall rules to be put in place,
some of you
may have noticed some problems connecting to your web sites, ftp, or shell services.
Total
downtime varied depending on which machine you're on, but shouldn't have exceeded 30
minutes and wouldn't have affected all parts of the internet.We're very sorry about this, but hopefully the firewall changes we put in place
