I guarentee these "regulatory standards" based on "good taste" are nothing more than guidelines designed to ensure that no advertisement dollars are pulled.
Shock Radio is proof that stations aren't too concerned with offending women, blacks, hispanics, Arabs, etc...that is until a pressure group decides to step in.
