it is free speech dob, and miss jones and company are within their full rights to go after clearchannel (is it cc?) for getting rid of them citing first amendment.
nonetheless, the program is geared towards a very young demographic, which means a sense of responsibility should be held. If not to kill show show, at least to explain their bad taste.
