naw soda, it's got nothing to do with being poor or not.
It has everything to do with values:
If you see nothing wrong with the following you are worhty of different classification. (hey call me a nazi but I think this is fucked up)
Smashing glass bottles on the pavement instead of binning them.
Spitting at passers by.
Smoking on the bus.
Shoplifting.
Threatening the infirm.
