Thanks these are great.
For OSX
In IE I save and the save option pops up.
Then I name the file what it is and hit options below, next to web archive.
I select download video and deselect the other three.
That's it.
Bad news, only works by opening and viewing it in IE Browser.
Good news. free and free.
