haha, i hear you, sheepman. well, the best thing is for you to contact the printer directly and see if they do it. They could saddle-stitch an extra page in there, but it's gonna look crappy, i'm telling ya, and they may charge extra for the inconvenience.
Just add a page at the front with a frontispiece of something, and add a page in the back for the colophon. Just a suggestion.
