You should be able to figure it out by looking at pictures of stickers...those all look like they were done on a computer.
I would say get your shape down, give it just the slightest hint at a shadow with little or very minimal blur...and learn how to shade. I've done a few photorealistic things with photoshop and usually to get the best results just look at real samples of what you want to create, look at their textures and how they refect light, then look at them even closer as if they were designed and figure out what you will need to do to recreate these effects properly.
