Rasko, I completely ruptured my ACL, and tore some cartilage in my knee skating. So I've got to have an initial arthroscopy operation to remove the cartilage, loads of physio to see how my knee holds, and then an ACL reconstruction if my knee can't cope without it. So so so depressing.
