I may be able to guide you in some way.. arabic is written right to left so the fonts wont work unless you have arabic windows or use a keyboard to type them.
Farsi, the language of persians has all the arabic letters including 4 extra letters. so its worth trying out farsi script generators.
if you are doing stuff in UTF-8 that would render in browsers then I would recommend you look at,

I havent checked any of these programs myself so be careful what you install. do a restore point if you have windows xp.

my arabic is very poor, but I can translate words to farsi if you like.
