hey Dennis,
I'm acutally looking to buy a house soon, but if that doesn't work out and your still looking, myself and two others (my boyfriend and my currnet roomate) would be looking for a place.
Only thing is we have two cats and wouldn't be able to move in for 3 months....so that might be a problem...
