I'd say it's settled... but let's milk it for a while... it's too damn funny to just go away.
If he was just "joking" he could easily have said that and this whole thing would have gone away... He didn't. He denied, denied, denied... then went crying to the fine admins of QBN to have threads removed and people were given "strikes" on their accounts...
He is BUSTED!
