I saw it at the MFA in Boston, which might be your best bet for finding it (at a museum's film program, in your respective city)... my quick web search isn't producing many useful links, except for an interesting book review on Salon (http://www.salon.com/books/revi... which I didn't know about...
the filmmaker/director is Jessica Yu... maybe searching for her could produce some helpful results?
