hmm your quote makes it sound like bush said that... but he didn't. i doubt this happens. I'm sure somewhere there's a plan of attack "just in case", just as there is for any possible scenario. I don't think you'll see us attacking Iran unless something drastic happens, just like you won't see the draft reenacted.
