    my advice:

    take away the client name.
    is the job fun enough for the price?

    if it isnt walk away. if it is, take it and you have the client name.

    thats my feeling on this because you said major major major company.

    make it clear you wont do future work for this price....

    the other side of the coin is that you have a baseline price that you wont go less than and if you really feel strongly about that, DO NOT accept their offer. give them the price and walk if not met. i respect that; although sometimes i do feel you re-eval on a case by case basis.
