Thanks for your help. Yeah it is an oppressive system to say the least. I am sure it helps in some ways as far as keeping us on track with the budget, but we are workign on a pretty large project right now that they want to be award winning cutting edge never been done befor kinds of work...I'm sure you've heard the bit befor. Yet it's lik e but do in in 10 hours. I have to belive there is a better way!
