    holy cow that's a little oppressive!

    the best tracker i've used is Filemaker Pro. right now we use a clunky tracker which our IT guys built, and it works only half the time.

    when i worked for myself i'd buy one of those cheap agendas which has each day separated into 15 minute increments and just jot down what i did from time A to time B. it helped me a lot, and i quickly determined that i was underbilling!
