Did you get a job as a Graphic Designer? You better read up on the NAFTA agreement. For "Graphic Designer"...heres what you need:
Post Secondary diploma with the words 'graphic design' stated on it as the course you took.
Letters that prove you have 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer and nothin else.
I would meet with an immigration lawyer.
