I had a bad spill mountain biking aswell, went over the bars and put a golf ball sized dent in my helmet.
The trail ran along side a road, and after I crashed I saw this dude laughing his ass of at me, from his car. That crash could have taken me out, son of a bitch.
Yeah so get your self a helmet. protect your mellon.
