When a place doesn't even have broadband listed as standard, what sort of interest do you think you'll get from here? :-)
Perhaps I'm not up to date on my London rental costs, but just a year or two ago that would have been pretty overpriced for the area.
Council tax included or not? If not, what band, and shared between how many? Those sorta things are things the potential tenants are worried about.
Couldn't get me to move back to London if you offered me a place for free now though *g*
