Dutch designers I know ask somewhere around 60 euros. Since this is your first job I'd ask 45 or 50 an hour (ex btw). Figure out how much time you will need and make it a fixed price.
Ask for a "werk opdracht"! Get the job on paper as detailed as possible. Otherwise they will keep changing their mind and come with correction after correction.
Make very sure they pay you. Send reminders and call if they do not pay you.
