I have a bunch of documents that helped me a bunch when I was starting out. (about.. brainstorming sessions, sample contract, project timetables, letter of agreement...)
Im gonna upload them to my server in a couple minutes. I think it will be a good asset for you to have.
btw. I like your site very much. Good luck with that project!
