  I'm UK based I've been using (mt) for three years now. We recently moved over to an Appliance Server and although we had some issues getting the system up and running [mainly our fault!] we found the Support to be very good.

  They have an excellent online support facility that tracks your enquiries and responses. It is clear and easy to use. We've only had to call them a couple of times in three years.

  Go with them. You won't regret it.
