France isn't one place you want to be if you know no French at all. Well, maybe that and mainland China or the middle of Russia.

I'm going to be going at the end of June. I hope my French-via-the-Public-School-Sys... doesn't fail me! I'm also going somewhere in Italy. Recommendations for there is also appreciated.
