it only came out a few months ago in the uk so i guess that's why everyone in the us is getting pissed about the continual hype but we're still going "have you seen this film?"
maybe the humour was a bit offbeat for the people who said it sucked...? i thought it was fantastic - sophisticated, poignant, great characters and the best title sequence i've seen in ages!
