Those aren't grilled cheese! That's just a bunch of melts trying to take the crown in a lower level of culinary categories...
"Uh, let me get a grilled cheese, on pumpernickel, with a white whine dijon spread, thin sliced filet, a blend of gouda, goat and asagio cheeses and a chipotle-honey glaze..."
