I used to take one of those little ginseng bottles every morning. Tastes awful but you get used to it, it's not too cheap either. I'm not sure what your lifestyles like but overall ginseng is just a supplement. You need to back it up with more exercise, more vegetables and just being healthier in general. It's not whether you'll feel better but when and how you get there...
...oh, and most importantly, more sex.
