it hung on my machine when i first went there, so the first thing i'll do is suggest a preloader...
site looks good, i dug the bee.
however...
going from one index/splash type page for each link off the bee seemed cumbersome. You could easily contain the info on each of the seperate splash pages on one page. And some continuity between the links there would add something too, particulalry if its all personal projects.
i like the bee label links, but they are pretty easy to miss... perhaps thats your intention?
also, its a good idea to use rectangles as invisible buttons, or 'hit' areas, rather than just using the text as your buttons live area, as you did for the contact and resume buttons.
liked the intro music.
i liked the concept of the site. if you plan to continue developing it, i would concentrate on the functionality.
