i think you have to look more towards rebuilding projects...not the immediate aid-organizations as they in many cases have enough money for their task: immediate and urgent aid.
In the Netherlands we have "Artsen Zonder Grenzen" (roughly translated: Medics Without Frontiers) and they let us know a week ago they won't need anymore money from the shared central bank account / org. (Giro 555) because they had by far enough money to do what they only do: urgent medical assistance.
Now the other org's like Novib here are more aimed at structural aid, like rebuilding schools, hospitals, long term psychological help, infrastructure etc.
Now for that structural help we still have not gathered enough money in the world, it's gonna cost us many billions to do all that!
