I agree with everyone above about the clicks and windows, but some other things I noticed:
Bad: Your headline text in each portfolio piece is over-aliased for web purposes.
Good/Bad: The images of your work take up a good-sized chunk of the screen, which is great. But I wanted to see some detail, especially on your posters.
Good: I actually like the oversized type on your site. It's definitely different from the majority of portfolios out there. I think if you got rid of the extraneous windows and bad click-through, you'll be fine.
