    What's your time worth? In any pricing situation, propose a fee that's going to reward you for your time and expertise— flash is always more expensive, so don't sell yourself short.

    But if these banner ads will take you 20 minutes a piece, don't charge them for 2 hours of work— well damn, if they have the budget, take advantage and give them kick ass work.

    It's hard to determine a budget though if they're not coming right out with a price cap...
