They were treating him for acid reflux for nearly 3 years. He's been in serious pain for at least 6 months and complaining about it. Kaiser is the worst medical group ever. Their doctors are incompetent. an emergency room doctor found the problem in about 30 minutes. So, its hard to believe in 3 years none of the Kaiser doctors did a simple test just to make sure. It could have saved his life easily. it's because the tests are expensive and Kaiser didn't want to pay for it.
We've already got a lawyer and spoken to him. He says there are many other Kaiser cases like this and we certainly have a strong case against them. A Kaiser nurse quit yesterday after dealing with my dad. She says she cant take this bullshit anymore. she believes that Kaiser is too irresponsible and she is also going to help us with our case.
